I know the Holidays are a busy time and people tend to unplug from the world and focus on family. So it’s possible you may not have heard about the typhoon and massive flooding that occurred in the Phillipines recently.
As you may know, lots of people in the Phillipines provide low-cost outsourcing work for small-scale IM businesses and this disaster is going to impact our entire industry – whether you use outsourcing or not!
